A guided decision-support tool for alarm receiving centers and mobile responders. When a care alarm comes in, the operator is walked through a structured question flow — starting from contact assessment, branching by incident type (fall, illness, accidental, other), and ending at a clear action: dispatch ambulance, send field responder, escalate to on-call nurse, or log and close. Each path captures the minimum information needed to make the right call fast. Responses and outcomes are logged automatically for audit and handover. Field staff on scene get the same tree on their device to reassess and escalate if the situation changes. Reduces decision time, keeps inexperienced operators safe, and creates a consistent record regardless of who picks up.
