Felia
Felia asks each person one simple question a day: how are you feeling? Most people answer and there's nothing more to do. The ones who don't answer, or answer late, or say they're not okay get flagged for your team. So nobody has to spend the morning phoning round to check everyone is alright.

How your team runs it

One list of everyone. Who's set up, who answered today, and who's running late.
How it works
Add your people
Upload a CSV or add people one at a time. Each keeps the ID you already use for them.
Felia checks in daily
One check-in goes out each day, inside a 15-minute window at a time you choose. Set it for everyone, or for one person.
You handle the exceptions
When someone answers on time and says they're fine, you do nothing. A missed reply, a late one, a 'not okay', or a drift from their usual pattern gets flagged to your team and sent to the ARC, or to registered contact persons.
Why care teams use it
Everyone, every day
One check-in reaches every person daily. Nobody on your team spends the morning making calls to find out who's alright.
Catch it early
A missed, late, or worrying answer shows up straight away. Drifts from a person's usual pattern go to the ARC.
Sensible defaults
One check-in time and one set of thresholds for the whole organisation. Override them for anyone who needs something different.
Little to manage
Import people by CSV, see at a glance who's set up, and look back over ninety days of check-ins for anyone.
